On March 8, 2023, MMC hosted an Intergenerational Worship Webinar with Sarah Bentley Allred and Roberta Egli, two dynamic thought leaders who are developing and imagining creative ways to gather people of all ages to worship together. Sarah serves as the Coordinator of Pathways for Collaboration at Virginia Theological Seminary and is passionate about children’s spirituality, intergenerational worship, and small church formation. Roberta is the Executive Director of Messy Church USA, a church movement for children and adults that values and practices creativity, celebration, and hospitality. The 90-minute online gathering was convened by MMC Board member Breen Sipes and Executive Director Paul Vasile, who invited our special guests and participants to share songs and practices that engage the body, mind and spirit. Together we explored how we make worship a space that welcomes the voices, bodies, and experiences of all ages. The webinar video and resource materials are offered on a sliding scale, between $80 and $40. We ask you to pay what is generous and affordable for you, with gratitude for the time and skill of our presenters.
